Four kinds of clean
Most Bayberry homes are on a recurring schedule. The others call us for the big one-off jobs, when a house changes hands or a season of guests ends.
-
Recurring cleaning
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The same crew, the same day, and a checklist that is yours to edit.
-
Deep clean
Everything in a standard clean, plus the places a weekly clean skips: inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, blinds, vents and under the furniture.
-
Move-in and move-out
An empty house, top to bottom, including inside every cabinet and closet. Timed to your closing or your lease, with a photo set when we lock up.
-
Rental turnovers
Oceanfront and Sandbridge rentals turned between guests: beds made, linens swapped, a restock list texted to you before the next check-in.
What's on the list
Every visit works from a printed checklist, room by room. Switch to the deep clean to see what gets added. Anything on it can be crossed off or added to for your house.

How it works
Three steps to a standing appointment. Nothing to sign, and you can change the schedule by text.
-
Tell us about the house
Send the estimate above or call. The owner rings back within one working day to confirm the time and set a first date.
-
A first clean with a walkthrough
The first visit runs a little longer. The crew lead walks the house with you, notes what matters most and writes your checklist.
-
The same crew, on your day
After that it is the same faces on the same day. A text the evening before, a photo of the kitchen when we are done, and a note if we ran low on anything.
- Insured and bonded. Paperwork sent before the first visit if you ask.
- Supplies included. Fragrance-free by default; tell us if you would rather we used yours.
- Missed something? Text within a day and we come back to do it, no charge.
- Pets are fine. Tell us their names and where they like to hide.

Questions we get
Do I need to be home?
No. Most homes give us a door code or a lockbox key, which the crew lead keeps. You get a text when we arrive and when we leave.
Who comes to my house?
The same crew each visit as far as holidays allow. Everyone is background-checked before their first day, and you will have the crew lead's first name and number.
What if I need to skip a week?
Text us by the evening before. There is no charge to skip or move a visit, and no contract to worry about.
What about the things you can't reach?
We bring a step stool and extension poles, so fans and the tops of cabinets are fine. We do not move heavy furniture or clean the outside of windows above the ground floor.
