What happens to my current site? We rebuild it in your name. Your web address and email keep working. Locked out of it? We can help you work through it. Once you’re back in, we move everything into accounts in your name. The full answer.
Already use Booksy, Square, Acuity, Mindbody or Vagaro? Your site’s Book button can open it. About booking apps.

Six design concepts for made-up businesses, and the Nobles Firearms client site. Open any of them and scroll through.
A landscaper’s site built to bring in quote requests. Drawn plans of finished yards and a before-and-after slider back it up.
A cleaning crew’s site. Visitors pick their bedrooms, bathrooms and kind of clean, get a time estimate, and send it as a request. The room-by-room checklist is in plain view.
A barbershop’s site. The Book button walks visitors through barber, service, day and time. A gallery shows the cuts it does most.
A hair salon’s site. The Book button opens a booking sheet: service, stylist, day and time. The services menu shows how long each one takes, and the four stylists are named.
A bakery’s site that answers the daily questions: what’s baking, when it’s open and where to find it. It also takes catering requests.
A pottery studio’s site. It shows the week’s class schedule, filtered by level and day. First-timers can ask for a trial seat.
Students search the classes, read the details and ask for a date. The owner confirms each request, and both sides get an email. The site, web address and business email are in the owner’s name.
“…they built exactly what I had envisioned from the start.” Owner, Nobles Firearms
Design concepts are made-up businesses with made-up names and details. They aren’t client projects. Their forms and buttons are demos and send nothing.
Built around your business.

We have a 30-minute kickoff call. Together we agree on goals, look and feel, and timing.
Click through your new site before anyone else can see it. Two rounds of changes are included.
After launch, we make updates only when you ask. They’re $120 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Change things often? Ask about a simple editing screen so you can update text and photos yourself.

Grayson designs and builds every page. You click through a private preview, with two rounds of changes included.
We publish the site and give you written notes on your logins. Your web address, hosting and website files are in your name.
Something not here? Text Grayson or call 757-632-0430.
Yes. Your web address, your hosting account and the website files are all in your name. If you ever want someone else to work on it, you give them access. There’s nothing to rebuild and no fee to leave.
Written notes, with everything in your name:
The notes also cover how to make common updates, where your form messages are saved, and who bills you for what.
We can help you work through it. First we find out who holds your web address and your website account. Then we help you get access back. You can ask that company, such as GoDaddy or Wix, or use its own recovery steps. Once you’re back in, we move everything into accounts in your name. The final say is with that company, so we can’t promise how it turns out.
Hosting usually costs $0 to $5 a month. Hosting is the service that keeps your site online. Help after launch is optional. Updates, backups and fixes are $120 an hour, only when you ask. Some extras, like live booking calendars or card payments, come from other companies that charge their own fees. We tell you about those fees before you agree to anything.
We do hourly work only when you ask, at $120 an hour. It covers updates, backups, and fixing a contact form or business email that stops working. Time is billed in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum. A quick fix, like a typo or a new photo, is one quarter hour ($30). Some jobs take more than 30 minutes. For those, we will tell you the time required to finish the job before we start. We don’t go over that time without asking. Changes you send together are billed together. When the job is done, you will receive an invoice for the time used, with a list of what was done. You pay it right then. Nothing is charged in advance.
Yes. Our booking requests don’t need a card payment company. Customers ask for a date, you confirm it, and you take payment the way you already do. If you want online payments, we first check which companies accept your type of business.
No. Already use a booking app like Booksy, Square, Acuity, Mindbody or Vagaro? Then your site’s Book button can open it. Nothing changes for your customers. Tell us which one in the project form.
First, you sign a plain-English agreement online. Then you pay the deposit through a secure link. For most projects, that’s half the price. After that, you get a welcome note and a private project page where you can follow every step. Then we have a 30-minute kickoff call. On the call we agree on goals, look and feel, and timing.
Grayson, who designs and builds your site. We’ll get back to you within one business day. You’ll hear from a person. No bots, no call center, no rotating reps. Call 757-632-0430, text 757-632-0430 or email admin@ownerscopy.com.
Nothing happens to your website. It runs in your own accounts, so it stays online. There’s no contract, no renewal and nothing to cancel. At handover we tell you the date we’ll remove our access, and you can ask us to remove it sooner.
Grayson does, from Virginia Beach. He designs and builds every site himself and checks every page before you see it.
We email you a secure payment link. You can pay by card or bank transfer, from your phone or computer. There’s no account to create. Most projects are paid half to start and half before launch. We never add surcharges.
No, and nobody honestly can. Here’s what we do set up. Every page gets a title and a short description for Google. Google gets a list of all your pages. Your business name, phone and web address are added in the format search engines read. We also keep photos small so the site loads fast on phones.
Yes. If you change things often, we can add a simple editing screen. Then you can change your own text, photos and prices whenever you need to. Or we can make updates for you, only when you ask. Updates are $120 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. If a job will take more than 30 minutes, we tell you the time first. How hourly work is billed.
