Your first visit
Here is how it goes.
New to us? Book anything and we add fifteen minutes so nobody is rushed. Bring photos of hair you like and hair you don't; both help.

We talk first
Sitting down, dry hair, no cape yet. How you wear it, how much time you give it in the morning, what has gone wrong before.

Then we work
You will be told what is happening as it happens. If you want quiet instead, say so; we are good at quiet.

You leave able to do it
Your stylist shows you the finish with the tools you own, and writes down the two products that matter. No basket at the desk.
Good to know
- Running late? Text us. Ten minutes is fine; after that we may need to shorten the service.
- Need to cancel? A day's notice frees the chair for someone else.
- The salon is step-free from the street, and the back chair has extra room.
- Fragrance-free products are kept for anyone who asks.
